Ojibwe - English

Ajijaak (the Sandhill Crane) lives in the marsh. The marsh is full of life and color. There are many birds. The creek feeds the marsh. Ajijaak visits the creek and meets 3 eagles and several other animals. They all drink the crisp and clean water. The story covers basic nouns for birds, animate words for color, and ends asking us to care for the water, because water is life.
